ACD Direct is a virtual call center that works with Independent Business Owners (that´s you) to provide support to clients.
They only work with established businesses, so if you don´t already have a business, you will need to register as a corporation or DBA (doing business as..) within 90 days of joining.

- Private internet access (no public internet locations)
- Formal telephone experience
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
As you will be processing customer calls for ACD Direct you must have a distraction free office. When you are on the phone, the client should not be able to hear any noise in the background like children or pets.
The background check and basic certification cost $45 dollars.
