Are you passionate about making people smile? Do you love helping people attain their goals?
This position will be primarily webinar chat support as well as some customer support for a photography company selling online photography courses. This person would be logged into the chatroom for the duration of the webinar shift, answering attendee’s questions.
The shifts would be chosen 2 weeks ahead of time based on your availability and on a first claim, first received basis with the other chatroom support members. We are looking for someone available during 10 AM, 12 PM, and 8 PM CST. All shifts are 2 hours long. Additional hours may be clocked for customer experience tidying at the end of a shift if needed.
